Are you open to new patients?
Yes, we have appointments available for new or existing patients including emergency appointments and general check-ups.
Do you accept payments from the Child Dental Benefit Schedule?
Yes, we treat eligible patients through the Medicare CDBS program. If you are unsure if your child is eligible, we can check for you using your medicare card.
Do you accept payments from the Department of Veteran Affairs?
Yes, we treat eligible patients through the DVA program.
Do you have HICAPS?
Yes, you can claim your private health fund rebate through HICAPS on the same day as your appointment. We can also use HICAPS to check what your health fund rebate will be for recommended future treatment.
Are you preferred providers for any private health funds?
No we’re not. “Preferred provider” programs are financial contracts designed to increase profits to the insurance company’s shareholders.
Our top priority is our patients, not private health fund profits. We believe that by staying independent we can provide the best care for our patients.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our practice is fully wheelchair accessible with no stairs between the rear carpark and the building. When you come to see us, let us know if you are able to move to the dental chair for treatment or if you need to stay in your wheelchair.
Do you have parking available?
Yes, there are limited parking spaces available behind the building for patient use. Access to the carpark is via East Lane, just look for our signs.
